Woo-Hoo!!! I have completed the 30 day challenge with a bang! I took the last fit test and I feel great about where I have ended up. I will say this, I know you can only accomplish so many reps in 50 seconds so I am not sure how much my numbers could have changed, but I pushed as hard as I could for the entire 30 days. I felt the best adding in an extra 10 min or so with the workout trainer app. You can make those workouts very customized. Therefore, I am using it as a supplement. Still keeping the entire thing under 30 min to suit my purpose right now which is to prove I can get results and feel great without 1. going to a gym and 2. working out for an hour. I definitely see success after 30 days in these 2 things.
Week 4 Final Fit Test: Week 2: Week 1:
squat jumps: 57 62 48
push-ups 42 41 32
burpees: 21 20 20
high knees 176 135 152
switch lunges: 56 50 54 tuck (HAAAAAATE): 38 46 50
sit-ups: 35 33 33
All 3 fit tests compared. I will take it!! Moving on now to whatever comes after this in Body rock and continuing to add from the app!! Working out by the pool about 5 sometimes 6 days a week at home in 30 minutes! IT CAN BE DONE!!!!!
